About the role

NEXT product team is looking for a Serverless / DevOps Engineer to accelerate our product-led growth strategy - that is, a self-service model for users to sign up, use, share, and standardize on NEXT.

In this role, you'll:

architect, develop & operate the infrastructure on which our application is built (here a recent blog post on how serverless turned out to be the key to our freemium/enterprise offering:
enable developers to ship to production daily, impacting the lives of real users
contribute improvements to open source projects that are at the core of NEXT’s platform
collaborate closely with Dev & UX to craft together a high-quality user experience & implementation
research new technologies, including hands-on technical evaluation and PoCs

You will work with real data, interact with real users in some of the world's best known companies, and see the impact of your work in production every day. We love developers that analyze topics thoroughly, speak their mind, prefer teamwork, and welcome feedback.

What are we looking for

2**+ years experience** with Infrastructure as Code (AWS)
4+ years of DevOps or software development experience
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Coding experience with Node
Experience with AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation, Serverless Framework (or related technologies such as Terraform)
Security awareness
